Natalie Moore
Area Of Practice: Family Law
Natalie graduated from Wolverhampton University with an LLB Law degree before proceeding to complete the Legal Practice course at Staffordshire University.
Having completed her legal training in Shrewsbury, Natalie began her legal career within the Magistrates’ Court, working as a Court Officer for many years. Her desire to expand her criminal law knowledge and experience led her to become an accredited Police Station representative, where she represented clients throughout Shropshire and beyond.
Natalie ceased practicing in criminal law in 2006 and commenced practicing family law, she went on to found NjP Solicitors, focusing solely on family law. She is also an accredited member of the Family Law Panel and a member of Resolution – a membership organisation for family law professionals committed to working with clients in a constructive, non-confrontational way.
As the Founder of NjP Solicitors, Natalie prides herself on finding new, innovative ways to improve the services offered to clients. With over 25 years in the legal profession, she has seen firsthand what works and what doesn’t and has built a practice that delivers forward-thinking, people-focused approaches to legal services, benefiting clients immeasurably.
Zylana Smith
Area Of Practice: Family Law
Zylana joined the NjP team in September 2021 as a Solicitor in the care department.
Zylana’s specialisms are dealing with matters involving the Local Authority, Care Proceedings and Child Arrangements representing parents and other family members. Her personable, professional approach ensures that clients feel listened to and supported during what is a difficult time.
She has regularly dealt with complex matters including cases where allegations have been made of serious inflicted injury and sexual abuse. Zylana has assisted counsel on complex cases before the High Court. She strives to achieve the best outcome for her clients and undertakes her own advocacy, where possible, to ensure clients are given continuous service.
She is based in Birmingham but is able to provide assistance to clients across England and Wales using our remote services too.
Sophie Price
Area Of Practice : Adminstration
Sophie is an integral part of the team, supporting Natalie and Zylana in the daily running of the firm – fielding calls, organising the diary and assisting with cases.
Sophie joined the NJP team in 2015 as an apprentice in business administration and has since become the foundation of our fantastic customer service. Immersed in everything we do there’s nothing she doesn’t know about the firm, so as the first port of call for our clients, you’ll experience a warm reception and helpful guidance on the process of instructing us.
